Terms and Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions carefully, and please refer back to us should you require any clarifications.
All reservations should be made in advance and confirmed in writing or via email. the price of your trip is guaranteed when you have paid a deposit.
After we send you the confirmation of services for your tour, we will require a 25% deposit in order to secure your booking. We accept credit card payments via our secure website, or by wire transfer to our bank account. This deposit counts as part of your final payment.
The balance cost of the cost of the tour can be settled while in Jordan by credit card or in cash. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
Cancellation fees for ground services will normally be charged according to the following scale:
-Up to 15 days before arrival: 0% will be charged.
-Less than 15 days before scheduled arrival: 25% of the total cost of the tour will be charged.
Cancellation fees are 50% during the peak season (April, October, during Christmas and the new year periods) or if you book a private group tour consisting of more than 6 persons.
Responsibility of Jordan Private Tours & Travel.
All participants are expected to be covered by travel insurance, hence Jordan Private Tours and Travel assumes no responsibility for accidents of any nature, injuries, delays, irregularities, discomforts, loss or damage to property or any damage however arising.
Although we are flexible and will always try to accommodate any modifications as requested by the client where possible, any fees for modifications will be charged onto the client.
If the Client has any special requests, he should inform us at the time of booking. Jordan Private Tours and Travel suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but, as these do not form part of the contract, and Jordan Private Tours and Travel does not guarantee to do so. If Jordan Private Tours and Travel confirms that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. Jordan Private Tours and Travel does not accept bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment.
If you have any complaints while you are in Jordan, please notify the company immediately because most problems can be solved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists call our company representative on the provided phone number and we will work on solving your problem.
Acceptance of the agreement
The contract constituted by the company's acceptance of the client's booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
Depending on the circumstances, Jordan Private Tours and Travel may collect personal information when you register for a service or book a trip with us, including some or all of the following; email, name, address, IP address and telephone number.
Jordan Private Tours and Travel is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
Jordan Private Tours and Travel may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
